Yamaha YAS-275 alto sax for sale. Practically new, played less than 10 times so still in excellent condition. Suitable for all abilities from beginner to semi-professional, this reasonably priced sax has a gold lacquer finish and comes with a new mouthpiece. Also included in the price is a traditional Yamaha durable hard case, cleaning rod, neck strap, cork grease and a couple of spare Rico reeds. The saxophone is in a good condition but it may need new pads and has a small cap missing, which does not effect the sound and i am sure can be replaced. Some small scratches around the bell just from general use. Comes with a strap.

I am selling my Alto Saxophone. It is a Yamaha YAS-62 Alto, and it is in brilliant condition. It has only been played a handful of times, and shows almost no sign of wear. For example, on the inner side of the bell where you would expect scratches etc, there are very very few, if any, due to limited playing. I am a saxophonist of many years so can vouch for the quality of this instrument. If you are new to the sax, this would make an excellent purchase, but equally if you are quite advanced, the Yamaha YAS-62 is a professional model saxophone. It blows nicely through the range, and the keywork is very solid, as with any Yamaha instrument. The instrument comes in the original Yamaha case, with original mouthpiece, cloth, and owners manual. No strap or reeds included. I bought this saxophone for near £2000. These days you won't find them new for under £1,550 unless you are lucky. I will accept £1,250, but also willing to listen to sensible offers, so just get in touch. If you would like to try before you buy then again please just contact me if you are in London.
